Clarity for pivotal decisions and life transitions

When the old map
no longer works.

For capable, reflective people who have already thought deeply about the situation—but are too close to it to see its full shape.

01

Hermes Clarity is a private, one-to-one reflective practice for pivotal decisions, complex situations and life transitions.

02 / The premise

You do not need more advice

You need to see clearly.

Confusion is rarely a lack of information. More often, too many truths, loyalties, fears and possibilities have become entangled.

My role is not to prescribe a life or hand you a borrowed answer. It is to illuminate the underlying structure of the situation, test what is true and help your own intelligence become audible again.

No performanceNo using spirituality to avoid realityNo one-size-fits-all formula
03 / What clarity means here

A practical orientation model

A clearer position.
A more coherent direction.

Clarity is not perfect certainty. It is the recovery of enough signal to see where you are, recognise what matters and make a reality-based adjustment.

01

Position

See where you are now: the facts of the situation and the noise that may be obscuring them.

02

Orientation

Listen for the strongest coherent signal—what matters, what feels true and what may be possible.

03

Gap

Understand what stands between the two: real constraints, assumed constraints, fear, conditioning or competing loyalties.

04

Calibration

Choose the smallest meaningful adjustment that brings your position and direction into greater coherence.

The boundary that protects the work

I am not your compass. I help you recalibrate your own.

I do not decide which direction you should take. I help make the structure of the situation visible, test what appears true and support you in hearing your own position more clearly. What you do with that information remains yours.

04 / You may be here because

Something is asking
to be seen differently.

01

You are capable, reflective—and still cannot find a clear way through a complicated situation.

02

You have thought about the situation for months—perhaps years—but reflection is no longer producing clarity or movement.

03

A life, role or identity that once fit now feels too small, heavy or false.

04

You are carrying other people’s needs, stories or expectations and can no longer hear your own position.

05

You are facing a turning point in your career, relationship, purpose, identity or spiritual life.

Two ways to work together

The right format for your situation.

Choose a focused session when you have one defined question or decision. Choose the four-session process when the situation has several layers, competing pressures or a life transition at its centre.

Focused Clarity120 min

For one defined decision, dilemma or situation

Clarity & Calibration

One situation. One concentrated session. A clearer map.

You answer three concise orientation prompts before we meet; the map itself develops live around one central question.

  • Your present position mapped: reality and surrounding noise
  • The strongest signal or direction brought into view
  • The gap clarified: real and assumed constraints, fears and loyalties
  • A decision frame and the smallest meaningful recalibration

For a layered or pivotal situation

Deep Clarity

A four-stage process for situations that need more than an answer.

We begin with where you currently think you want to go—and stay open to what the inquiry reveals. True North is a coherent present direction, not a guaranteed destination.

  • A full written Initial Map completed before session one
  • Four private sessions with 5–7 days between each
  • Between-session review, synthesis and preparation
  • A personalised True North Integration Map after session four

Explore the four-stage method

Before booking the focused session

Is Clarity & Calibration the right fit?

The situation does not need to be simple. It does need to be sufficiently defined for one concentrated session. These five questions are the practical test.

  1. 01

Can I name one central decision, dilemma or situation I want to examine?

  2. 02

Is it bounded enough to explore meaningfully in one 120-minute session?

  3. 03

Am I willing to examine my assumptions, contradictions and competing loyalties—not only seek confirmation?

  4. 04

Do I want clearer orientation and a grounded next step, while keeping responsibility for my own decision?

  5. 05

Am I seeking reflective clarity rather than therapy, crisis support or specialist legal, medical or financial advice?

If all five answers are yes

Clarity & Calibration is likely the right starting point.

If the issue cannot be isolated

If it spans several areas of life, repeats an older pattern or belongs to a wider identity transition, begin with the Deep Clarity introductory call instead.

06 / The Deep Clarity journey

One month. Four stages.

From the full picture
to grounded direction.

Alchemy provides the architecture of the process—not a belief you are asked to adopt. Each stage has a practical task, while the intervals allow understanding to keep developing between sessions.

Before session one

The Initial Map

You describe your present position, the direction you currently imagine, the signal beneath that image and the gap between the two. This is a baseline of your current perception—not a test and not a final statement of truth.

Ask before. Interpret in between. Revisit after.

We return to the Initial Map. You decide what the inquiry means, clarify your present True North and translate insight into boundaries and grounded action.

Your True North Integration Map

In the final stage, we compare the Initial Map with what the inquiry has revealed. You receive a concise personalised record of the central pattern, your current True North, the boundaries that support it and the grounded next steps you have chosen.

07 / The difficulty as information

A deeper question

What if the problem also
contains information?

A difficulty is not automatically a message, and a problem is not automatically its own solution. But sometimes the form of the difficulty points towards something the situation requires us to notice.

The work does not romanticise struggle or turn every feeling into a symbol. We test each possibility against evidence, consequence and practical reality.

Indecision

may happen when a situation appears to offer only two choices. You may be overlooking another possibility or trying to balance two competing priorities.

Resistance

may be fear—but it may also be a sign that the direction itself is not coherent.

Anger

may reveal a boundary, value or need that has been repeatedly crossed or neglected.

A recurring conflict

may carry an older pattern, competing loyalty or possibility that has not yet been recognised.

Signal and noise

Some noise is interference that needs to be cleared. Some may carry a neglected value, boundary or possibility. The task is not to assume meaning, but to discern what is useful and what is not.

08 / A visible philosophy

The fracture is not concealed

From entanglement
to conscious integration.

Kintsugi is the Japanese craft of repairing broken ceramics with lacquer dusted with gold. Instead of disguising the fracture, the repair makes it visible, exact and luminous.

The vessel is not simply returned to what it was. Through skilled, deliberate repair, it becomes singular: its history is preserved and its broken parts are held in a new relationship. The repair adds aesthetic and symbolic value, allowing what once appeared ruined to be seen as precious.

The parallel to clarity work

The metaphor is not that you are broken. It is that the situation has lost coherence—and can be consciously reassembled. Confusion begins when facts, fears, desires, loyalties and interpretations become fused together until their true relationship can no longer be seen.

Transformation begins by identifying the separate elements so they can be distinguished, understood and consciously brought into a new relationship. Here, the gold represents consciousness: the illumination that joins separated parts without erasing their history. Confusion is no longer merely an obstacle; it becomes a source of expansion, integration and deeper, more coherent self-understanding.

09 / What the work restores

Not a borrowed answer

Clarity that returns
you to yourself.

01

Coherence

You can see how the different parts of the situation fit together and name what is happening without distortion or excess explanation.

02

Inner authority

Your own position becomes distinct from fear, pressure, obligation and other people’s expectations.

03

Grounded action

Clarity becomes boundaries, decisions and a next step you can realistically sustain.

10 / The practitioner

The path behind the practice

I know what it is to live without a clear map.

My path to this work was neither direct nor planned.

I’m Gurami Ghambashidze, the sole practitioner behind Hermes Clarity. My formal education is in economics, which trained me to see systems, relationships and the forces shaping outcomes. After university, I realised that a conventional corporate path was not mine. I stepped away without a clear alternative or an understanding of what I might one day offer.

Over the next seventeen years, I worked in hospitals: in domestic services, as a porter and later as a healthcare assistant in surgical theatres. These essential roles were often unseen and undervalued. Alongside the work, a long inward process unfolded. I repeatedly questioned my direction, confronted self-doubt and contradiction, and passed through periods of disorientation and renewal.

At the time, these changes appeared disconnected. Gradually, the pieces formed a new coherence. What had felt fragmented could be distinguished, understood and consciously reassembled—like a Kintsugi vessel whose history is illuminated rather than concealed. Only later did I recognise the alchemical pattern within that experience: descent, discernment, illumination and integration.

Through this process, I developed a disciplined way of listening: separating fact from interpretation, noticing contradictions and tracing the pattern beneath a complex situation. That lived experience, together with sustained study of Jungian psychology, symbolism and Hermetic philosophy, informs Hermes Clarity.

I do not claim to hold the answer to another person’s life. I offer a structured, reflective space for examining a complex situation, bringing its underlying pattern into view and recovering a direction that is genuinely yours. What took me many years to understand now gives me the patience and perspective to accompany others through pivotal decisions and life transitions— so that you do not have to remain alone inside confusion for years before finding a clear way through.

11 / Practical questions

Before we begin

Clear from the outset.

Is this coaching or therapy?

Neither in the conventional sense. It is a structured reflective practice built around close listening, direct questioning and pattern recognition. It does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions and is not a replacement for therapy, medical care or crisis support.

Do I need to be ‘spiritual’ for this work?

No. Jungian and alchemical ideas are used as interpretive lenses and working hypotheses—not as beliefs, diagnoses or truths imposed on you. The process remains grounded in your language, your experience and practical reality.

Why is it called Hermes Clarity?

In this practice, Hermes symbolises interpretation, mediation and movement between different perspectives. The name represents the work of bringing what is hidden or entangled into conscious, practical understanding. It is a symbolic frame, not a religious requirement.

Which offer should I choose?

Choose Clarity & Calibration when there is one defined decision or question and you need orientation now. Choose Deep Clarity when the situation has multiple variables, repeats an old pattern or sits inside a larger identity or life transition.

What does ‘founding client rate’ mean?

Hermes Clarity is newly launching as a formal practice. The current prices mark this opening chapter and are available to the first six Clarity & Calibration clients and the first three Deep Clarity clients. After that initial body of client work is complete, the rates will be reviewed. The founding rate does not reduce the time, depth or care included in either offer.

What happens before Deep Clarity begins?

Before the first session, you complete a written Initial Map: your present position, the direction you currently imagine, the signal beneath that image and the gap between the two. It is a baseline of your present perception—not a test or a final truth. We return to it after the fourth session so you can see what has changed and decide what the inquiry means for you.

What happens between Deep Clarity sessions?

There are usually 5–7 days between sessions. The interval is part of the method: it gives insight time to settle and allows new material, emotional responses and real-world evidence to emerge. I review what is taking shape, trace recurring themes and prepare the next stage of inquiry so each session builds on what has already been revealed.

Is what I share private?

Yes. What you share is treated with care and discretion and is never used publicly without your explicit permission. Hermes Clarity is a private reflective practice, although it is not legally privileged clinical therapy and is not a crisis service.

Will you tell me what to do?

No. I may challenge a contradiction, name an avoidance or offer a different frame, but I do not replace your judgment with mine. You remain the author of the meaning and the decision. The aim is stronger discernment and inner authority—not dependence.
